Prince Plaza II Condotel is located in Legaspi Village with Makati City’s Financial District. Just 10 km from Ninoy Aquino Airport, it offers a 24-hour front desk and massage services.
All air-conditioned guestrooms at Condotel Prince Plaza II come a sitting area and cable TV. Home cooked meals can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoyed at the dining area.
Guests can exercise at the fitness centre or relax at the sauna facilities. Prince Plaza II also provides a beauty salon and mini-grocery store for added convenience. Laundry services and car rentals are available.
International dishes can be sampled at Condotel II Prince Plaza’s restaurant. In-room catering is also available with room service.
Due to Alert Level 1, please be advised of our updated hotel check-in requirements and
stay policies:
-Staycation/Leisure travel and guests coming from different households (to stay in the same room) are
allowed.
-We are NOT a quarantine hotel, and were never used as a quarantine facility
- For essential business stay, company ID must be presented.
- REQUIREMENTS FOR GUESTS 18 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE: Fully Vaccination Cards OR negative
swab / saliva test required.- Guests above 18 years old shall be fully vaccinated (completed two doses or
single dose (J&J) wherein the last dose must be taken at least two weeks prior to check-in date). If NOT
fully vaccinated, a negative swab / saliva test is required (must be conducted within 48hours prior to
check-in date).
- REQUIREMENTS FOR GUESTS COMING FROM INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL: Fully Vaccination Cards
AND negative RT-PCR swab / saliva test required (must be conducted within 48hours prior to check-in
date).
- REQUIREMENTS FOR GUESTS BELOW 18 YEARS OLD: The swab or saliva-based RT-PCR test shall
NOT be required, subject to the regulations of the LGU concerned.
- Our hotel facilities such as gym and swimming pool are now open (subject to change without prior
notice). Due to the restricted capacity, please note that advance reservation for the use of the swimming
pool and gym is required and can only be arranged after check-in. Maximum of two (2) guests only will be
allowed per room per hour in the swimming pool and the gym. Our café will remain closed during this
period.
- Visitors are not allowed to go up to the guest floors/rooms.
